The following are group training sessions available around New Zealand. They are divided into paid groups with professional trainers and free/social groups which do not require you to join a club/group etc.

Results Room Personal Training runs their City Circuit Running Groups in Wellington with an emphasis on the beginning to intermediate runner.
GetRunning's 12 Week Group Training in Auckland (City and North Shore locations) is designed to work runners towards an event while in a supportive, social and structured run group.
The Huia Road Bush Runners is a small group of social runners and joggers who run on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays in Auckland's Waitakere Ranges; these are free training runs and all are welcome.
Run Around the Hood is a social running group in Kingsland, Auckland by the Health and Sports Fitness Centre in association with the Neighbourhood Brewbar.
Takapuna Harriers organises FREE 10K and 13K+ group training runs on Thursday nights from their clubrooms starting at 6:00pm; this is open to all runners, not just Takapuna Harriers club members.
The Manawatu Striders meet for group training walks of varying distances on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm and for a run/walk on Sunday mornings at 8:00am. Individuals select the appropriate group according to their abilities and the goals they set for themselves.
The Neighbourhood Run Group is an evening group training run on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and the occasional Sunday) in the Grey Lynn / Ponsonby / Westmere / etc area in Auckland started by Michael Morris.
Nelson Striders meet 4 times a week for group training runs/walks of varying distances: Tuesdays at 5:45pm, Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 7:30am. The Striders meet in the carpark opposite the Suter Art Gallery, Bridge Street, Nelson.
