Frostbuster is a 3 stage multisport event, duathlon or run which can be done as an individual or in a team. Just the running event is covered here on this running calendar website.
The run is 8.5km. Starting and finishing at the corner of McLennans Bush and Rosehill roads the run takes you in a circle. There is approximately 3km shingle road, 1.5 km up Pudding Hill stream, 2km through the Awa Awa Rata Reserve, 2.5km Shingle Road to the finish.
